Dry Needling Sessions

A person wearing blue gloves performing functional dry needling (FDN).

This targeted 30-minute session is designed to reduce muscle tension, improve neuromuscular function, and accelerate recovery. Dry needling is a skilled technique that uses thin, sterile needles to target myofascial trigger points, or areas within muscle tissue that can contribute to pain, stiffness, and decreased performance. By directly addressing these areas, dry needling helps restore normal muscle tone through a neurophysiological "reset", improve circulation, and reduce pain. Electrical stimulation may be applied through the needles to further enhance the therapeutic effect. These controlled pulses help modulate pain, improve muscle activation, and promote a more efficient reset of dysfunctional tissue. This session may be ideal for: -Athletes looking to optimize performance and recovery -Persistent muscle tightness or mobility restrictions -Overuse-related soreness or early injury symptoms -Maintaining tissue quality between training sessions Efficient, focused, and clinically driven, this is a high-impact treatment option when you need measurable results in a short amount of time.
